Super Saturday

Its time to go heavy and go hard!

Service Description

Once a month we will be running a big Saturday session. You will start with being coached by Charlie McCloy. He will coach you through a weightlifting movement such as the clean and jerk, snatch, or variation of. From there you will have a choice to continue practicing more weightlifting specific accessories with Charlie or go through a CrossFit workout with Tom Burns. The CrossFit workout will begin with some specific skill work of a gymnastics movement like toes-to-bar, bar muscle ups and handstand variations. The workout will then combine this skill with the weightlifting skills you learnt previously to form a high intensity fun workout. This session is very informal and a fun way to get your weekend under way.
