My name is Dave Palfreman.

 

I'm 46 years old and live in Hereford with my wife, three children and 3 dachshunds, i found CrossFit in 2010 and haven't looked back since.

 

I have been coaching on and off for around 5 years now and in December 2022 I was fortunate enough to become a member of CrossFit Seminar staff supporting the delivery of the Level 1 CrossFit coaches course within the UK and EU.
